I have used "no negotiation auto" for gigabit interface on Catalyst2900 and 3500
But, that command is not allow on 2950 Switch.
What command is "no negotiation auto" for 2950 Switch?

This command was not supported in older IOS on 2950's. Try with 12.1(11)EA1
