problem while updating my cache Engine 505

My cache engine has crashed.

Then to solve the problem I've downloaded one copy of te cache engine 505 image(ce505.bin)

But after reinstalling (successfully) the cache i'm always requested for a username and password but the old cache username and password does not working so I don't know how to do now.

If you means

username: admin

pasword: system

Know that it did not works.

I still need help please and to help you help me I gave in attachment my current cache configuration.
