Problem with 3500 and 2950

First two 3500 were HS , problem with autotest (C3500xl POST FAILURE: CPU Notify RAM Test: Failed) in the same bay.

We also have a 3508 and is ok ,

We replace the 3500 with one 2950 and he was out with the message :

PLATFORM_CAT2950-3-SCHAN_OP_FAILURE: S-channel operation timeout for opcode [chars].

DO YOU THINK THAT WE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE CABLE ?

OR ANOTHER SOURCE ?
