Problem with Cisco 3620

Hi all,

I have a 3620 with dual Channelaized E1 and 30 Digital modems as an access server.

This configuration work well for 2 years, but now the router go down with this log

%OIRINT: OIR Event has occurred oir_ctrl 1000 oir_stat CFCE

PC = 0x601c01f8, SP = 0x60d44410

Any idea?

There should have been more OIRINT output statements, indicating the slot that was IORed (inserted or removed). Try to confirm is there was an OIR event; if it happens again, send along "sh stack", and the output at the time of the crash (as you did above). There have been a couple of bugs submitted that look similar to your problem, but most were closed due to either the problem not being seen again, the HW being bad, or a software upgrade eliminating the problem.
