Problem with Cisco Voice Manager 2.1

Hi,

I have a problem runing Telemate.NET software thats include Cisco Voice Manager version 2.1. When a try to create a report of calls of my IP Voice gateway (Cisco 7200) Telemate software agent prompt me that dont have data to process. But i see my Cisco Voice Manager Console has active calls.

I have to activate any parameter in routers to update database an can generate reports.
