problem with Cisco Voice Manager

hi,

i use cisco voice manager and Telemate Call Accounting .

My problem is :

when I want to have reports on call entering and outgoing, it leaves me only call them outgoing, out, the goal is to have a report which contains call them entering and outgoing.

please help me for this problem

N.B: i use WINDOWS NT 4.0 server , SP6a .

Cisco Voice Manager 2.02 uses the Quick View reporting package from Telemate.Net to process the raw data format out of Cisco Voice Manager to produce user-readable reports.

Which report are you referring to?

The Telemate 4.7 Quickview product that ships with CVM 2.0.2 only contains a set of canned reports that cannot be modified.

If you need custom reports the you will need to purchase the Enterprise verion of Telemate that will allow you to create custom reports.
