Problem with CView

Hi

I have a problem with CiscoView in CDOne 5th Edition, when I try to view the image of a 3661 I receive this error: "Internal server error. Contact Cisco Technical Support". Does somebody know why this error appears and how can I solve it? When I try to view any other device I have no problem, It's only with my 2 3661's.

I'm using Solaris 2.8 and CiscoWorks 5th Edition.

I'd really appreciate your help

You can try this. In CiscoView Go to " Preferences" and delete both the 3661s, then re-enter them individually by adding the IP address of the devices.
