Problem with Interface BRI in 2600 series router

I have this configuration

Only two remote clients can connect at same time. I would like to know if have any mistake on interface configuration an how to resolve them.

You only have 2 b channels thereefore only 2 connections can be accepted , you have a physical limitation .
