Problem with RME 3.5 Software Management

I cannot seem to get a baseline image from any of my network devices. The job gets submitted and sits out there for 60 minutes in a pending status and then fails with the following messages:

Error: Job has not been executed.

Reason: Job may have been halted because of machine reboot.

There was no reboot of the machine. I have only recently installed CiscoWorks 2.2 with RME 3.5. Most everything else that I have tried seems to be working, but I have not been able to get software management out of the shoot yet.

Thanks for any help you might give.

Check if you are hitting bug CSCin48145. Take a look at it and use the workaround.
