problem with Software Management CW200

How are you doing?

I try to use Software Management to add images but when I try to import

images from temporary location to

software image library.

I got this massage Attributes cannot be retrieved from image file, check the

file permissions and the file is a valid image

and this happen just with 7513 router

What version of RME is this?. Are you getting this error message when you add images to the library using File System as the image source?

our RME Ver 3.3

i got it when i added images to the library using divice or network

Can you add the IOS image for this same device from CCO instead of device/network?.

I just have this problem with 7513 also I cannot use cco

so may be the problem from our routers like something not enable
