Problems local site

We are having slow response at one location that is imaging a pc locally.. on the Cisco WS-C3550-24 switch the interface is showing ...

5 minute input rate 7965000 bits/sec, 681 packets/sec

5 minute output rate 132000 bits/sec, 257 packets/sec

which I think is might be the problem, any ideas??

The output posted says that is topping out @ 8Mbps input which doesn't mean that is a problem per se.

Were you able to image at another location with much faster speeds ?

Did you configure the NIC with auto/auto or 100/FD ?

Did you match these settings at the switch port ?

Are you getting any errors on the interface ?

I figured out the problem, thank you, there was a dumb hub there that the pc is connected to first... a very old hub! But to answer your questions above, yes at other locations it was not an issue, and the nic's are configured for auto, the switch matches, and no errors on the interface......
