Problems with 5530

I have a 5530 NFFC III. It appears DOE, when we start it we can't even get a console port. When the power is turned on the switch shows all green, then when the power up is complted the activity light goes red. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what it could be.

What console cable are you using? Sup3 for CAT5000's uses a straight through cable.

Yes straight through cable. we even checked the cable pin to pin
