Problems with tftp-server system:running-config and IOS 12.2T and 12.3

We are saving config on a central management server. On the router we configure tftp-server system:running-config and tftp-server nvram:startup-config.

We never had problems until we start a VPN service with IOS 12.2T and 12.3 3DES releases. "tftp-server nvram:startup-config" gives proper results. "tftp-server nvram:startup-config" gives files with no content.

Does anyone has an idea?

im running c2600-i-mz.123-1.bin and the tftp-server nvram:startup-config works fine.

type in:

more nvram:startup-config

and see if anything is there to download ?

Even though you are running a new IOS, has your config changed ?
