Problems with the Virtual IP-Address of the MSFC2 from Cat6500

Some PC cannot work with the Virual Address of the Router (MSFC2) and must therefor take the standby or active address. Is there a solution or explanation for this Problem ?

Maybe you can explain in more detail the issue, not sure I follow you. The MSFC have logical interface called vlan and they (if you have more than one in the same vlan) will each have an ip address. Between these routers you can run HSRP which will give you gateway redundancy and this ip address that these routers will all listen to and will act on if one router ever goes down is the virtual ip address or standby ip address where all the PC/Hosts in this vlan all points to. Now, what do you mean by your statement:

"Some PC cannot work with the Virual Address of the Router (MSFC2) and must therefor take the standby or active address".
