i have that configuration:
the interface of the first router:
interface Dialer1
ip address 1.1.1.2 255.255.255.252
encapsulation ppp
dialer pool 1
dialer remote-name Center-2
dialer idle-timeout 121
dialer string 6258700
dialer-group 1
ppp authentication chap
ppp chap hostname bdika1
ppp chap password 0 rtaui

and the interface of the second router is:
inter dialer18
ip address 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.252
encapsulation ppp
dialer pool 1
dialer caller 5629400
dialer-group 1
ppp authentication chap callin
ppp chap hostname bdika1
ppp chap pass rtaui.
the problem is that i can't to get each ather with ip .
why , its directed connected?

as i understood you can't ping each other so check extended ping to test link connectivity as below:
from first router :
Router A>enable
Router A#ping
Protocol [ip]:
Target IP address: 1.1.1.1
!--- The address to ping.
Repeat count [5]:
Datagram size [100]:
Timeout in seconds [2]:
Extended commands [n]: y
Source address or interface: 1.1.1.2
