i have a 2522 router which all of a sudden started to reboot continously. The message what is get is: System Bootstrap, Version 11.0(10c), SOFTWARE

so I removed the ram and flash to check whether the router is bad but after removing the ram and flash i got the following error message:System Bootstrap, Version 11.0(10c), SOFTWARE

Bad memory - wrote zero, read 0xFFFFFFFF at location 0x00000010
so i wanted to load a new IOS on the flash and check further. I am able to go into the rommon but i don't know the commands and step to copy the ios from TFTP to the router through rommon.
