%PSAACL-3-SUBINT errors showing up on a different slot number

I recently tried to assign an ACL on a subinterface existing on a 8 port fastethernet card on a GSR. a quick test showd the ACL wasn't working, and a quick check through the logs showed the following error:

SLOT 2:Jan 13 18:43:17.493 PST: %PSAACL-3-SUBINT: ACLs on sub-interfaces (FastEthernet1/0.129) are not supported for this line card

This didn't make sense to me, since I have been able to run acl's on other fastecards on our other GSR's. However a second look showed the error for the wrong slot number. In this slot is an OC48 card :

Slot 0 type = 4 Port Packet Over SONET OC-3c/STM-1

state = Line Card Enabled

Slot 1 type = 8 Port Fast Ethernet

state = Line Card Enabled

Slot 2 type = 1 Port Packet Over SONET OC-48c/STM-16

state = Line Card Enabled

Slot 4 type = 1 Port Gigabit Ethernet

state = Line Card Enabled

Slot 7 type = Route Processor

state = IOS Running ACTIVE

Slot 17 type = Clock Scheduler Card(8)

state = Card Powered PRIMARY CLOCK

Slot 18 type = Switch Fabric Card(8)

state = Card Powered

Slot 19 type = Switch Fabric Card(8)

state = Card Powered

Slot 20 type = Switch Fabric Card(8)

state = Card Powered

Has anyone else encountered this scenario before and if so, what have you been able to do?

There is some mismatch in the output, its says slot2 whereas the ethernet module is in Slot1 may be its a bug,

check the bugtool kit for know bugs.
