PVC STATUS = DELETED

Here goes: We just removed a site from our frame relay network and on the router on our end I can see that the DLCI pvc status is now INACTIVE. I want to make the status = DELETED. Can anyone tell me if I can do that from the router interface or does the router simply reflect the change once the ISP has deleted that circuit? Thanks!

DLCI = 22, DLCI USAGE = LOCAL, PVC STATUS = INACTIVE, INTERFACE = Serial1/0.22

When the ISP deletes the PVC you'll see that the PVC status will reflect as DELETED.
