QoS for SMTP on Cisco 4510R switch

What would be the best way to set QoS on a 4510R switch to put SMTP traffic at a low priority to all other traffic.

setup PRIORITY queuing or CUSTOM Queueing.

set the SMTP (port 25) traffic to the lowest priority queue, set all data you want high priority in the highest priority queue, set all other traffic to the medium priority queue.
