QOS Layer 2 or 3

hello everybody!

i need help in QOS, because its new for me.

we have desktop switches 2950G-24-EI with vlan configuration and the trunking protocol 802.1q to the 3550-12G core multilayer switches...now i will make a QOS only for Voice traffic, the voice traffic must have the higest priority, and the rest can be best effort. What is the simplest solution ? many thanks for the answers..

Nik,

I suggest you look at AutoQos for VoIP, which does a lot of this for you automatically, with the use of a single command.
