QOS on Fastethernet SubInterfaces?

I want to mark packets for QOS on a router that is using Fastethernet subinterfaces. Do I need to mark at the subinterface level or can I do this at the Fastethernet Interface?

With the latest IOS versions, you can do this at the sub interface level.

Thanks for the response, but what I actually wanted to know was could I mark all the packets at the Interface level, even though the router is using sub-interfaces?
