the one thing I would change is "priority" to "bandwidth". The reason for this is, that with a priority queue there is a policer attached. This means you will discard packets in an overload situation once the configured rate is exceeded.
With "bandwidth percent 15" you would give a minimum bandwidth guarantee and queue packets once the configured rate is exceeded in an overload situation.
The latter behaviour "suits" the applications described much better than immediate discards.
