QOS via DLCI

I am setting up a network between 3 locations using frame relay. There will be a DLCI for voice one for data and another to the internet. The service provider wants to set priority via the DLCI to ensure QOS for the voice traffic. How can I route voice traffic over one DLCI and data over another? My idea is to put the voice and data on different subnets at each location and route the traffic for each through their sub interface that corresponds to the DLCI provided. Should this work?

Are the PVCs p-p or p-mp ?

Put voice and data in their own subnets. and use policy routing to route traffic on the appropriate p-p interface.
