QOS

If I wanted to place high priority (QOS) on http traffic, would I configure that on the switch, the router or both? I'm referring to a 4006 w L3 capabilities.

It depends on whether you want QOS on the LAN, or QOS on the WAN, or if you need both.

For WAN usually its done on the router.
