Currently we have a 10 node IGX network running a Call centre. We are using IGX UVM to connect to the Service Provider E1s (AT&T). The E1's connecting to IGX UVM is of ISDN signalling. However in UVM we make the signalling as CCS and transparently connect the Channel 16 to the other side EPAX thru IGX.
The Problem we are facing that if Trunk in which the D channel of ISDN fluctuates the D channel is rerouted over a small gap of 5-6 seconds. However in that period there are lot of Call misses reported by the AT&T.
Is there any work around such that UVM can signal back to AT&T switch when such a problem happens.
