question mark icon in topology services under campus manager.

I have a CicoWorks 2000 LAN Management System.

My version of Campus Manager is 3.1.

My system does not recognize properly the new switches like Catalyst 3550.

The symbol in the Layer 2 View map under Campus Manager is a question mark icon.

How do I upgrade my system to properly recognize those switches,

do I need to upgrade to Campus Manager 3.3?

Are there any IDU (Incremental Device Updates) or Patch for my existing Campus Manager version.

You can download Campus Manager 3.2 IDU for Windows and CMF 2.1 IDU for Windows from the software center, that will include support for Cat3550
