I have a 2610 that requires an IOS upgrade. The ios requires me to increase the Dram on the box. It currently has 32 meg, and I will be upgrading to 64meg. I have recieved the upgrade, MEM2600-32U64D=, but am still a little fuzzy as to what I have and how to proceed.
The 2610 came from the factory with 32 meg, and I assume that the DIMM is in slot 1. This upgrade, is it an additional 32 meg to be installed into slot2 or is it a 64meg DIMM that will replace the existing 32meg?
I have searched all over CCO, and have had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
