Is it possible to add user feilds in UT populated from Call Manager user feilds ? , or have call manager send selected feilds to UT in Ciscoworks ? running LMS 2.1 soon to upgrade 2.2 Windows 2000.
ex. Employee number in Call Manager to appear in UT IP Phone DB ?

No. Only the UserName column in User Tracking can be edited to what ever you want to. Other columns are fixed.
