Hello all!

Could anyone answer these questions:

1) What is the difference between WIC-1DSU-56K4 and WIC-1DSU-56K (without 4)?

2) This card supports the DDS (leased line) operation (AT&T Pub. 62310). What does it mean? If I have two routers with this wic installed and I want to connect them what another equipment and line (2-wire, 4-wire) supposed to be? How can I order this service? Who supposed to be the provider?

3) This card supports DDS loop rates 2.4, 4.8, 9.6, 19.2, 38.4, 56, and 64 kbps. What is that? What does it mean?

4)This card supports the switched 56 operation at 56 kbps (AT&T Pub. 41458, Sprint TS-0046). What does it mean? Does it mean connection via regular asyncronous v.90 or v.92 modem to the telco switch or something different? How can I order this service? Who supposed to be the provider?

Thank you on advance.

Sincerely, Victor

WIC-1DSU-56K4 is a four wire card and WIC-1DSU-56K is a two wire card , DDS is a lease line option and switched is a dialup option, DDS loop rates are the fractional speed supported by the card
