"mc3810-a2jsv5-mz.120-7.XK2" i want to know how each and every letter of this image name will be interpreted...similarly i want to know for all other ios so please send me some good link regarding to naming....

Cisco IOS no longer uses this naming convention anymore as they have made considerable changes on how they package and sell IOS.

In your case you can refer to the following link to obtain additional information on what each alphabet in the IOS filename represents:
