I am recieving this frequent warning alerts "Te12/9 Receive Power Sensor on SW-NL-EDC_eupdswcore001 ".

Your problem is that you're operating below the warning threshold level for optical receive power. -13.0 dBm received and the threshold is -9.9.

You need to go through the path and clean your connectors and possibly replace any marginal jumpers. If that fails, you can try moving the path to another pair of fiber with less loss. You should have OM3-rated fiber or better end to end.
