rate limit file sharing applications

Hi

There is any way to rate limit file sharing applications like kazaa ?

I was trying before with rate-limit at the interface but today too many applications use a random port instead of a static port.

You should be able to do this using the NBAR feature. IOS has NBAR support to recognize Kazaa application. You can use this feature along with the modular QoS CLI to rate limit Kazaa application. These links might help you:
