Iam a customer offered MPLS VPN from teh vendor. The ? is I will be getting BGP routes in my CE routers and Iam running OSPF as my r. protocol and infact iam having "n" number of networks in my r.table, almost 40 to 50 networks. What is the best way or method to redistribute my ospf routes to bgp.
Solutions will be highly appreciated

If your vendor does not offer OSPF as a CPE-PE protocol, then you'll need to redistribute BGP into OSPF. Use a route-map to set OSPF to type internal/external/type1/type2. As you'll be redistributing on each CPE, tag redistributed rotues to avoid feedback.

Thanks indeed!!! for ur response..
I beleive , I had one more solution to avoid such hectics of configuring type's or ext/internal , why not I can summarize all my networks and route it to null0 and redistribute as the static route-map

Of course, u can do that, but the answer is simple, its purely an administrative overhead to configure 50 networks pointed to null and then redistributing it. The better way would be to redistribute from OSPF to BGP.
