Redirecting Public Address thru a router

We are trying to setup a backup plan for the following:

Diagram Path:

Webserver<->DMZ<->PIX<->hub<->ISPRouter<->ISP<->Internet

Where 207.xx.xx.02 NATs to DMZ IP address and 205.xx.xx.05 is ISPs webserver at ISP location.

Customer has a website www.company.com that will point(ISP DNS)to a public address 207.xx.xx.02. An alternate host is 205.xx.xx.05.

Should 207.xx.xx.02 fail, is there a way to redirect requests going thru the ISPRouter(located at customer site) to go to 205.xx.xx.05 (located at ISP site)?

We already thought of using the DNS Round Robin Method. We want to see if there is another method that we can use in a fast way. DNS changes can take up to 24hrs to propagate thru the internet.

Its More then a Network Management Question then a routing Issue. Its basically more an issue with Web Server Setup. either you can install a web cluster or you can creat some scripts if you know scripting like Expect which can check the availabilty of web server and when it gose down it can automatically telnet your PIX and redirect all the requests to New Web server.
