Redund links to the internet

I have a 3640 as the wan router for a site. The customer wants to have two links to the internet from AT&T and Spint. What do you think is the best way to achieve this?

On two routers or one? If just the 3600, then just accept a default from both providers, and advertise out your prefix to both. You'll have to as them to punch a hole in their aggregation to allow your network through, or you'll only get traffic over one link.
