Redundant routers - HSRP?

Current setup is (1) 3620 with (3) T1 point-to-point - need to be fully redundant! We want to add another 3620 with redundant links and would like this to back up the other in case of failure - would like this to be automatic. Is this possible using HSRP? Can this provide some sort of load balancing as well?

If you configure HSRP on both the routers using 2 standby groups, you can then point half your end devices to one group address and half to the other group address. So under normal conditions, you will get the load shared over all lines, since, by default, the router will automatically load share over, up to 4 equal cost paths. If one router fails, then the other router will take over the failing standby group address.

The following URL describes how to set up HSRP with multiple standby groups
