Redundant T1

I have T1 between two of our office , with 3620 and 3720 at end A and End B, i would like to add another T1 for redundancy , so that when one goes down traffic routed automatically to the other,, any info, articles to achieve this

Use PPP multilink on either ends to load balance traffic. When one link fails, the failed link is dropped from the bundle, without an outage.
