Remote Access(cannot find Computer)

Hi all,

I met the problem on 2610 Remote Access

Remote User can connect to the 2610 by the ISDN TA. He can ping the Server and Server also can ping remote user.But in the Server,I cannot find the

remote user'computer.I try it by typing computer name&Ip address,but find nothing. I find the IP address of the remote user is 10.1.1.10

SM : 255.255.255.255 GW :10.1.1.10

I feel strange.Is it the root reason?

How can I do ?let me find remote user's PC in the

server?

May be the Microsoft service "file and printer sharing" have not been installed on your remote pc.
