remote access server

how is one of these typically set up, say in win 2003 server, do they use remote desktop and if so to reach this on my lan from the outside world do I just need to nat this across to the wan ip and port number for whatever remote desktop uses ?

If you dont a free/spare public ip which can be reached from the outside internet world,you need to map it using the nat statement.

I feel you need to check the port number in which the rdp is running in the Win2003 server and map accordingly using the Nat statement.
