Remote access with NT client

We have a situation whereby a NT user dials into a Cisco 3620 with digital modems and 12.1(5)T9 ip IOS. Sometimes the users get the blue screen of death whilst dialing in and the fix has been to reboot the router. Wierd but true and the modems have been changed along with the pri card.

This has been witnessed on a second router.

Need to know how far the clients go for connection..

Do they hear the modem sound before they get that blue window?

Need to know the following debug for a bad connection leading to blue window.
