Remote admin problem for ACS 3.1(1)

Hi,

I have tried the ACS 3.1(1). When I use IE5.5 with Windows 2000 prof (setting Traditional Chinese as default language) for remote admin, the NAR input options become gray in color and cannot input settings.

Does ACS3.1(1) support Windows 2000 prof with Traditional Chinese setting as default language ? If yes, how can I fix the problem.

As far as my understanding, ACS supports only English language. See the link below:
