Remote ARP; layer 2 via WAN

RouterA and RouterB are connected via Frame-relay. StationA needs to talk to StationB, located at their respected sites. StationA can only talk with StationB via a MAC address (layer 2) and not the ip address. In other words, StationA knows about StationB by a MAC addnress which is configurable within an applicaiton on StationA. I do not want to bridge the two locations. Is there a way that when StationA wants to talk to stationB, RouterA can somehow intercept the request and forward it via RouterB to StationB? What are my options?

Without understanding your situation fully, it appears you have configured bridging and need to configure IP routing. You'll probably want to walk thru your configs with Cisco on the phone.
