RouterA and RouterB are connected via Frame-relay. StationA needs to talk to StationB, located at their respected sites. StationA can only talk with StationB via a MAC address (layer 2) and not the ip address. In other words, StationA knows about StationB by a MAC addnress which is configurable within an applicaiton on StationA. I do not want to bridge the two locations. Is there a way that when StationA wants to talk to stationB, RouterA can somehow intercept the request and forward it via RouterB to StationB? What are my options?
