Replacement for AS5300 Access server

What are the replacement products for the AS5300 which are being end of lifed. We have over 40 ISDN sites coming in to two AS5300 and we also use it for standard remote dial in access. We'd like the new product to do the same function with the added ability to do encryption and may be some voice over IP.
