Resource pool management

Hi all,

We would like to deploy resource pool management with centralized server to coordinate resources. I know there is a resource pool management server to do this, but that is expensive for us. I saw that the NAS and RPMS is speaking each other with TACACS+ protocol. Is there AVpairs to do resource management? Thanks everybody's help in advance.
