This is more of a management-related question ... does anyone know of any resources that give recommendations for change management processes - with respect to managing change in internetworks? I am familiar with the ISO's FCAPS orientation for network management and I'm looking for a process for change management that I can integrate with the FCAPS model. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
