db Backup/Restore only works across same versions of CW2K. What version is this?

I'm using:

1. CW2k 3rd Edition.

2. RME 3.2

Does the backup gets restored or errors out with the above messages which indicates that the script is not able to find DiskSpace.pm at the defualt location. Does stopping/starting crmdmgtd makes any difference?

The /opt/CSCOpx/rigel directory isn't found in my system.

I'm using the default instalation. Need I copy this directory separately?
