Restricting by MAC addresses on 4006

I was wondering if there is a way to restrict by MAC addresses, devices plugged in a 4006 on a port-by-port basis?

You can use Port Security for this. Consult the documentation, as the configuration differs depending on whether you're running CatOS or IOS.
