RME 24-hour reports not opening.

Hi,

I have RME 3.3 on LMS2.0 on Windows2K and I am taking RME 24-hour reports. I get a "downloading data" and eventually a timeout. I am unable to open any of the reports like "syslog report", "change audit report" etc.. under the 24-hour report. Can anyone suggest a workaround f this.

This can happen if the RME database it too large. There are 2 related bugs in this connection, CSCdv02897 and CSCdm53348. If the registered devices are 1400 or more..then it is unable to download such a huge data.Or it might be caused due to the browser too. Which browser are you using? Try changing to another browser. Following troubleshooting tips might be helpful.
