RME 3.2 Not able to telnet to device

Have CW2K running on W2K with RME 3.2. When trying to do an image upgrade to Cat 3500XL and 2900XL switches I get errors cant telnet to device.

I then atttempt code upgrade to same device again and it will work. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 attempts or more and happens on all switches. I know telnet passwords are correct because I can telnet to all switches from a DOS prompt using same password at ant time. TAC has been working on this with no success. Thanks

Have you tried manually setting the telnet password and other attributes in RME for each device?

DId you do a Check Device Attributes in RME to see if they return the correct results?. Also, try getting a sniffer trace which will exactly tell why and where RME is failing.
