When I add these on inventory of RME it shows me these routers as "generic snmp devices" and the configuration archive is always empty!
Why?
Thanks.

What is the sysObjectID of these device?. You can goto Server Configuration->About the Server->Applications and Versions->Applications Installed->Inventory Manager and see if the sysObjectID of the above devices are listed or not. If they are not listed, then RME 3.2 does not support them.
As a side note, since you're on HP-UX, you may want to look at:

Hi,
when I use the OpenView's mib browser to get the sysObjectID I can read 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.290, a generic snmp device for Inventory Manager of RME 3.2.
If I use another browser I can get cisco7507mx!
These devices are supported when I use RME 3.3 on NT.
Thanks.
Andrea.

Well, then that answers your question, you need to upgrade to RME 3.3 for this device. But as I said earlier, CW2K is End of Sales for AIX/HP-UX, so yuo should move to either Windows or Solaris platform.
